Residency Update: Circular walk at Stephens House & Gardens

This week I've been sketching the circular walk in a concertina book. Starting at the Holmwood Gate, I walked north via the Top Path towards Sylvan Gate, continuing around the path until I ended back at Holmwood Gate. This has been a great way to document interesting landmarks and a way for me to share how I see the grounds. I will be sketching in some more of these books with variations on this in the next few weeks. Up in the tower studio,  I have started a series of panoramic gouache paintings inspired by sections of this book.
